• There is a minimum of 2 people per booking (2 adults share 1 snowmobile)
• Children 0-14 years old are seated in a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile (we recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sled for the child’s safety)
• If a child over 140 centimeters wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability)

Pickups are done within 30 minutes to 1 hour before your tour starts. Exact pickup time will be informed by email the day before.
Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby / outside of your accommodation 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
