Wear comfortable footwear: This tour involves a fair amount of walking, so make sure you're wearing shoes that are up for the task.
Weather-appropriate clothing: Our tours run come rain or shine. Please dress accordingly for the weather forecast on the day of your tour.
Age Restrictions: Given the nature of the content, the tour may not be suitable for young children. Each child is different so please just know there are stories of death and dark history. Up to you if you want to bring children
Accessibility: If you have a wheelchair you may do this tour. You will want to bring someone to help push you up the hill to Heritage Park. You'll find entering the graveyard to be not possible due to uneven ground. You can usually still hear the host from the street.
Paws for a second: We're dog-friendly! Feel free to bring along your well-behaved, leashed furry friends to join in the eerie adventure.
Timeliness: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in.
Meet - Senlis Cottage in Heritage Park Brown and Orange Cottage. This should be the first building you see when you enter the park. Unfortunately, parking access in Heritage is not available.
Look for our tour guide, who will be wearing a distinctive outfit and carrying ghost hunting equipment. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour to allow for check-in and initial introductions.

You will need to walk up the hill after parking. The higher up the hill in Old Town you park, the less you'll likely have to walk. We can not give a refund or reschedule you because you couldn't find parking. So please, please take your transport seriously. Show up on time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
