If you don’t arrive with food and water, pick some up in Page before heading towards Lake Powell.
There are several overlooks with places to have a picnic along the way.
Horseshoe Bend Overlook is open sunrise to sunset and is $10 for passenger vehicles.
The Glen Canyon Conservancy’s Flagship Office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Entering Wahweap Recreation Area is $30 and the pass is valid for 7 days.
