IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to the interactive nature of the installations, it's highly encouraged that guests do not bring in strollers inside the museum; there is stroller parking available at the entrance of the museum
Opening hours are subject to change
From November 18th-January 9th, guests are encouraged to bring a new toy in exchange for one scoop of ice cream at the cafe
All toys will be donated to Toys For Tots
The museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
All participants who are over 12 years old must present proof that they have received at least one dose of a FDA or WHO-approved Covid-19 vaccine. Proof of vaccination may include the NYC COVID Safe App, Excelsior Pass, CDC Vaccination Card (or photo), NYC Vaccination Record, or official immunization record from outside NYC or the US
In addition to proof of vaccination, all participants who are over 18 years old must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc)
Please proceed to the main entrance on Broadway. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your tour start time. Please bring your passport or ID card for check-in and have your mobile pass ready for scanning.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
