Icebreaker GARINKO GO Ⅲ:
Experience the thrill as the ship's large propellers cut through drifting ice, creating an unforgettable adventure. Hear and feel the ice breaking up close and marvel at the drifting ice phenomenon in Hokkaido's Okhotsk Sea. You might even spot white-tailed eagles, Steller's sea eagles, and seals.
Choose the lunch option to enjoy a luxurious seafood bowl featuring crab, fish roe, and scallops, and savor crab soup. Seafood purchases are also available after the meal.
Sounkyo Ice Festival:
The event takes place in a spacious 10,000-square-meter area on the Ishikari River floodplain. This winter-only ice and snow kingdom showcases massive ice waterfalls cascading from columnar joint cliffs, set against the natural landscape of the Daisetsuzan foothills. The illuminated ice sculptures, beautifully and mysteriously lit, are a must-see during this large-scale festival at Sounkyo Onsen, offering a true taste of Hokkaido’s harsh winter.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
