• If you are staying in hotels in Al Barsha, IMPZ, Greens, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach, Media City, Internet City, Tecom, JBR, Dubai Marina, and JLT it is recommended you book a private transfer by paying an additional charge
• During the holy month of Ramadan, the cruise will start from 7 PM to 9 PM
• The actual cruise time is 2 hours (from 8 PM to 10 PM), however the boarding starts from 7 PM
• If the service is booked with a shared transfer the total duration of the tour will be 3 to 4 hours including the transfer time

Please be ready for boarding 45 minutes before the tour departs.
If you are coming via taxi, ask the taxi to drop you at the Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai Festival City Mall. From there, you need to walk towards the Imagine Fountain Show and the cruise is at the extreme right side of the show.
If you are coming with your own vehicle, please park at the Dubai Festival City Mall – North Parking (P1) and walk towards the Dubai Festival City Waterfront Promenade. The cruise will be behind the Intercontinental Hotel DFC which is accessible through the Waterfront Promenade.

Cancellations
