Have a nice day while you are in Quito with the cooking class in my home. You learn how to make Ecuadorian cuisine with local ingredients in a cozy environment with a nice garden.
When you arrive at my home, I will show you the plants that I have in my garden and the one that I use for the welcome drink. Then you taste some samples of fruits and products that Ecuadorians have in their homes. Start cooking with my instructions while we talk about Ecuador, tips, and more.
You will learn how to make two dishes and sit on the table to taste what you have made. At the end, I send you the recipe and preparation of the dishes. It takes around two hours.
You will use ingredients there in your country, so when you come back to your home, you can prepare your own Ecuadorian meals.
It is the perfect time for brunch, lunch, or dinner. You are free to select the schedule.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
