2.Due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may change, including shorter sightseeing times or canceled attractions. We hope for your understanding and support for these safety adjustments. And we do not suggest you have other activities at the end of trip to avoiding any losses.
3.The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
4.The night before your trip, around 9 PM, you will receive an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's license plate number. Please ensure your email and phone are accessible.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
