・Activation Procedure
The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day.
You will receive a guide booklet at the pick up counter on how to activate your SIM card, or the staff at the counter can assist you.
Simply insert the SIM card to your phone and it will automatically activate. If it doesn't work, you can change to a new SIM card or apply for refund at the counter.
However, once you leave leave the counter, no refunds will be issued

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
