Join us for a 7-day adventure starting in Quito, exploring its rich history and vibrant streets. Then, cruise the Galapagos Islands aboard the Seaman Journey. A perfect blend of culture and nature!
Day 1:
Arrival in Quito; meet your guide at Quito airport and transfer to your hotel. Discover Quito, the world’s second-highest capital, renowned for its stunning setting and historical significance. Explore the colonial center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to excellent museums, churches, and art galleries.
Day 2:
Explore Quito’s historical center, walking through the street of the seven crosses and visiting Independence Square, the Compania Church, and San Francisco. End the day at Panecillo hillside for breathtaking city views and the unique Panecillo Virgin statue.
Day 3:
Fly to the Galapagos Islands (our guides
and staff will assist you with all procedures at the airport). After inspection at San Cristobal, transfer to the Seaman Journey Catamaran. In the afternoon, visit the Interpretation Center in San Cristobal, to learn about the islands’ geological and human history.
Day 4:
Visit the Galapaguera to see Galapagos tortoises in their natural habitat and other endemic species such as the
Mockingbird Nesomimus melanotis, lava lizard
(Microlophus bivittatus), Chatham Leaf-toed Gecko, and
(Phyllodactylus leei). In the afternoon, relax at Cerro Brujo, a white coral beach ideal for swimming, bird watching, and snorkeling. The protected bay is well known for its
young tortoises which like to swim around.
Day 5:
Relax, swim, and kayak at Gardner Bay. Also, you will be able to observe sea lions and Darwin finches. In the afternoon, visit Suarez Point, known for its blue-footed boobies, albatrosses, and its famous attraction, the magnificent blowhole, spurting water high into the air at least from 50 to 75 meters high.
Day 6:
Visit Cormorant Point’s flamingo lagoon, the largest on the island; and snorkel at Champion Islet where sea turtles,
sea lions, and multiple fish can be seen thanks to the nearby coral reef. In the afternoon, visit Post Office Bay, a historic site for leaving and taking postcards, and enjoy relaxing on the beach. This site was the landing area for some of the first colonists.
Day 7:
Walk the Turtles Trail, to learn about Galapagos conservation efforts. This path offers the possibility
to learn aspects and feel synchronized with nature. After the morning excursion, transfer to the airport for your flight back to the mainland, concluding your extraordinary adventure.

Included flights in the tour: This tour package includes only domestic flights, specifically those to and from the Galapagos Islands. Additionally, airport transfers are provided to guarantee a smooth transition between the airports and accommodations.
Supplement for single travelers: There is a supplement for single travelers around 70% of the standard fare.
Wi-FI: It is provided at no additional cost in the hotels used during the tour. However, on the cruise, there is a $10 per night fee per cabin for Wi-Fi access.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
