Day 1:
Upon landing at Quito airport, your guide will transfer you directly to the hotel. Quito is the world's second-highest capital, so on the way to the hotel, you will be able to see some Andean peaks and incredible landscapes. Also, in 1978 UNESCO recognized Quito as a World Heritage Site, highlighting its exceptional colonial center filled with museums, churches, and art galleries. It was one of the first cities in the world to receive this honor.

Day 2:
After breakfast, you will have a tour of Quito's Colonial downtown. Your visit will begin at the Quito Cathedral, where you will learn about its history and unique architectural features, including. Next, you will visit La Compañía Church, famous for its baroque style and gold leaf decorations. Here your guide will share fascinating stories about this landmark, including its intricate carvings and stunning interior courtyards.
Then you will continue to San Francisco Church, known for the legend of Cantuña and its vibrant cultural atmosphere. Around noon, you will visit the iconic "Mitad del Mundo" monument at the equator. Here you can visit the Ethnographic Museum or the Inti Ñan Museum nearby to immerse yourself in the region's rich cultural heritage. After the tour, you will return to the hotel.

Day 3:
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport for an early flight to Santa Cruz Island. After a mandatory inspection at the airport, you will board the Seaman Journey Catamaran. The first afternoon you will explore North Seymour Island, where you will encounter magnificent wildlife, including frigate birds, blue-footed boobies, and playful sea lions; offering a captivating display of their natural behavior.

Day 4:
Visit El Barranco, also known as "The Cliff," on Genovesa Island. It features a 1.5 kilometers volcanic rock trail that can be completed in approximately two hours. Here you can observe nesting seabirds among the volcanic rock formations. Later, you will explore Darwin Bay, a birdwatcher's paradise with species like red-footed and masked boobies. The area's rich avian life makes it a highlight for nature enthusiasts.

Day 5:
Explore Plazas Island, known for its unique land iguanas and diverse seabird colonies. In the afternoon, you will snorkel with sea lions at Santa Fe Island, a haven for endemic species such as the Galapagos hawk and Santa Fe rice rats. The island's flat terrain and rich flora provide an ideal environment for wildlife.

Day 6:
Conclude your adventure with a visit to the Jacinto Gordillo Breeding Center on San Cristobal Island, dedicated to the conservation of giant tortoises. Learn about the life cycle of tortoises and the conservation efforts in place. After the visit, transfer to Baltra Airport for your flight back to the mainland, bringing your unforgettable journey to an end.
