Vouchers must be exchanged at the DB Travel Centers at Alexanderplatz, Central Station, Friedrichstraße or Ostbahnhof
An identification card or passport is required to collect tickets
The following means of transport can be used with the EasyCityPass: S-Bahn, subway, bus, tram, and regional train (except special lines)
Fare zones: AB (Berlin) or ABC (in addition to Berlin the Berlin suburbs, Potsdam and BER airport)
Validity: All EasyCityPass versions are valid for 1 adult and up to 3 children aged 6-14 years (free of charge: children under 6 years, buggy, luggage and 1 dog)
The ticket must be stamped for validation before the start of the journey
The tickets are not transferable
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must present either proof of full vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection in the past 6 months, or a negative test taken no more than 24 hours before the activity starts
Masks are required while indoors

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
