Celebrate in one of the large beer tents with up to 10 people at your reserved table. If you book less than 10 people, the table will be supplemented with other people. This is an evening reservation including food and drinks. You will get special seats where the fun factor is the greatest and the evening will be an unforgettable experience. The reservation package includes:
-Reserved seating in one of the large beer tents (e.g. Paulaner or Hofbräu tent).
-Vouchers for per person 16 years and older: 2 liters of Oktoberfest beer (instead of beer you can also order non-alcoholic drinks with the voucher) plus half a chicken (instead of chicken you can also order vegetarian food with the voucher)
-10% discount for Oktoberfest clothes in our store at the HBF Munich

Guiding languages
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. backpacks and large bags are generally prohibited at the Oktoberfest. Leave at home what you do not need to celebrate. The quickest way to the Oktoberfest is not to bring a bag or a backpack.
2. brought bags and backpacks may have a volume of no more than three liters and be no larger than 20 cmx15 cmx10cm.
3. even the smallest bag must not contain: gas spray cans with harmful contents, corrosive or coloring substances or objects that can be used as cutting, thrusting or stabbing weapons. Glass bottles are also not allowed.
4. strollers are not permitted all day on Saturdays and holidays. On the remaining Oktoberfest days , this ban on strollers will be in effect after 6 p.m. However, security personnel may check strollers.
5. bicycles, scooters, skateboards and the like are not permitted on the festival grounds.
6. animals are not allowed on the Wiesn at any time (exception assistance dogs)
At this meeting point you will receive your documents and we will accompany you in a 10 minute walk to your oktoberfest table reservation. on the way there we will make 2 stops for photos. The first in front of the main entrance and the second in front of the Oktoberfest tent.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
