No need for cardio exercise on this day. 10000 steps is reached before the end of the day, and you will have walk up spiral staircases in medieval Castles crossed cobblestone covered streets to get to the site.
A lot of fresh air and a taste of the Danish weather. So for clothing, do like the Danes say; There is no bad weather, just the wrong clothing!

- People in wheelchairs should not choose this tour.
- This is a slow-tour, so users of cane or walking frames are welcome. But be careful in wet or humid weather as cobblestone will be slippery.

And luggage is not possible to bring!! Only small handbags can be fitted in the vehicles.
