Admire the awe-inspiring views of this natural fantasyland. Join your guide on this insightful day tour that will show you the most stunning mountain views, unique fiords, and gorgeous rock formations. Pass by some quaint traditional villages along the way to discover the local culture.
The bus will take you from Ålesund, through small Norwegian towns, and, finally, to the Land of Trolls. The first stop will be Kokarsteinen, a great photo spot just above the fiord. Pass by Sjoholt, a village known for its furniture and wood industry, and Valldal, famous for its tasty strawberries.
Next, move on to Gubrandsjuvet, a 5-meter wide and 20-meter high ravine where you can walk across a scenic bridge. After that, the bus will drive you to Trollstigen so you can enjoy the majestic view of the natural landscape and fantastic mountain road with eleven hairpin turns.
While driving down the road, enjoy an extra photo stop at Stigefossen, a powerful waterfall with a total height of 240 meters. The last stop will be at Trollvegen, which is Europe’s tallest vertical rock face. Before your adventure comes to an end, enjoy a lovely drive through Åndalsnes.

This trip is adapted to the arrival and departure times of cruise ships. Modified departure times will be announced in advance.
A back-to-ship guarantee is offered for cruise passengers provided that information regarding the name of the cruise ship is registered during booking. The tour must end 1 hour prior to your ship’s departure.
It is of utmost importance to register the correct mobile number with the country code, to communicate smoothly with the activity provider. There will be no refunds if you cannot be contacted with your registered number.
This activity requires a minimum number of participants. If there aren't enough bookings, a refund will be offered.

Important Note - The Trollstigen road is closed during winter and its availability will depend on weather conditions, we may have to use an alternative road if its closed.
Meeting point is on the Prestebrygga Cruise Pier. You will see a large orange/rust colored building located on the pier. IMPORTANT! ITS NOT THE NEWLY PAINTED ORANGE ONE! The bus will be parked next to it.
Your guide will be wearing a light blue jacket.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
