Next to the Memorial Anchor (Mindeankeret), in front of the canal boat tours - located at Nyhavn 1F. Please be at the departure point 10 minutes early to check-in for your tour. Look for your guide holding the ‘Ourway’ logo as a sign. If you have trouble locating the guide or the meeting point, please give the local operator a call a few minutes before the start of the tour. When you call before the tour begins, they have a greater chance of helping.
When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
