Day 1: Sapa Town to Hau Thao Village
9:00 AM - Meeting at Sapa Stone Church:
The day begins at Sapa Stone Church (Nhà Thờ Đá Sapa), the heart of Sapa. Your guide will give a brief introduction, set expectations, and get you excited for the trek that lies ahead.
Trekking Route (14 km):
Y Linh Ho Village: Start with a scenic walk through Y Linh Ho, home to some of the most magnificent rice terraces in Sapa. The panoramic views provide perfect photo opportunities with the lush greenery, terraced fields, and distant mountains.
Lao Chải Village: Continue trekking to Lao Chải, where you’ll enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant. Savor authentic dishes such as pho or com lam (bamboo rice) and take in the tranquil surroundings.
Tả Van Village: Trek on through Tả Van, a picturesque village of the Giay ethnic group. Here, you’ll have a chance to interact with locals, learn about their customs, and hear about their symbiotic relationship with the land.
Hau Thao Village: After your day’s trek, arrive at Hau Thao. Settle in at a traditional homestay where you’ll experience true village life. Participate in cooking local dishes like grilled pork, sticky rice, and vegetables, and indulge in local wine. Enjoy an evening of storytelling, cultural activities, and even a fun karaoke session.
Day 2: Hau Thao to Sapa
Morning Trek (5 km):
Su Pan Village: After a traditional breakfast, begin the day with a trek to Su Pan, one of the oldest villages in the area. Here, you will learn about the deep-rooted traditions of the Black Hmong and Red Dzao people, their clothing, farming techniques, and lifestyle.
Bamboo Forest & Waterfall: The next part of your journey takes you through a magical bamboo forest, where the air is fresh and invigorating. A short walk will lead you to a stunning waterfall, offering a peaceful respite and a perfect photo opportunity.
Lunch at Giảng Ta Chải Village:

Return to Sapa:
After a relaxing lunch, you’ll have time to unwind before your driver arrives to take you back to Sapa Town. The return journey will give you time to reflect on your trek, with an estimated arrival in Sapa at 3:00 PM.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
