Description

Discover the beautiful surroundings of Paphos while experiencing the thrill of driving the quad or buggy. Learn about the impressive shipwreck, sea caves, Lara bay and the picturesque Adonis Baths.
This safari tour starts at 10 am. We highly recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early for a quick briefing and safety check.

We will next travel along the magnificent coast, beginning with the famous Coral beach of Pegeia and progressing to the incredible shipwreck and sea caves, which have spectacular rock formations. On September 8, 2011, the Edro 3, a ship flying the flag of Sierra Leone, capsized while its route to Rhodes carrying a load of plasterboard.

The next place we stop is St. George's Harbour, which has catacombs, an archeological site, and a lovely marina with breathtaking views. Continuing on to Akamas Reserve, we will visit the turtle breeding sites and swim at the Lara Turtle Conservation Station. We'll also make a brief halt for refreshments at a little cafe nestled in between the mountains and the sea.

Our destination for the day is the charming Adonis Baths, where a little waterfall has formed where the waters collect. We will have enough time to swim, explore the nearby nature trails, find out about the intriguing history of Aphrodite and Adonis, and take in the awe-inspiring surroundings.

Activity requirements:
Drivers must have a category B license that is currently valid.
Minimum driving age is 18 years old.
The minimum passenger age is 12 on the quad, and there are no restrictions for buggies.

Special terms:
The price does not include the €7 per person entrance fee to Adonis Baths.

This tour will take place rain or shine.
Only drivers with prior experience can drive the quad bike.
A picture of the driving license is accepted.
On google maps the location of the shop is "golden ride rentals". Customers can reach this point by bus route 615. The bus exit is at the Blazing Saddles pub, opposite is our shop. If you have a car or use a taxi, come directly to the location where the tour starts, google maps: golden ride buggy.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
