As you step into the heart of the rainforest, our experience guide will lead you along a trail rich with nocturnal wonders. Keep your eyes open for sloths, snakes, frogs, anteaters, and other hidden creatures that are very active during nighttime.
The tour starts and ends at our Sambola Tours office, where we provide you with insect repellent and flashlights for a comfortable and safe experience. From there we will head out into the reserve, so you can focus on enjoying the sights and sounds of Tortuguero at night.

If you look toward the water at the main dock, follow the road 50 meters to the right. It’s the blue building between Mi Niño Restaurant and the Beauty Care Spa.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
