Itinerary
We will begin this guided tour of La Caravedo at 10:00 a.m. at the main entrance of the hacienda, located on the outskirts of Ica.

First of all, you will be received with a welcome drink, which will consist of a Chilcano soft drink for adults and a juice for children. After this reception, we will undertake a guided tour of the distillery of the La Caravedo estate.

We will begin the tour by visiting the original facilities from 1684, where we will see the winepress, the press and the falcas used to make pisco. Next, we will go to the most modern rooms of the distillery to observe how this popular Peruvian drink is made using the latest technology.

We will continue the tour of the ranch at the La Caravedo stables. In these stables we will see a wide variety of animals such as Peruvian jumping horses, ponies, alpacas, guinea pigs, peacocks and guinea fowl.

After visiting the stables, you can cool off in the pool at the La Caravedo farm. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit! After this dip, we will taste two piscos distinguished with an international gold medal.

This tasting will surely whet your appetite, so we will put the finishing touch to this experience with a delicious lunch. This meal consists of a menu of the day that includes three dishes, a Chilcano soft drink and water or soda.
