Join this diving adventure to a sunken pier that has transformed into a vibrant reef. Discover the turtles and schools of fish that surround the wreckage and the colorful corals and sponges.
Meet your PADI-certified guide and discover the sunken Mala Wharf. Dive with Maui’s resident turtle population, encounter white tip reef sharks, and more on this shore dive. Enjoy up to a 1-hour dive, air permitting, in either a small group or private setting.
Take a quick walk from the dive shop to find the pier which is home to large schools of fish, octopuses, eels, nudibranchs, and the elusive, but popular, frogfish.
Since being destroyed by Hurricane Iniki in 1992, Mala Wharf has become one of the best dive sites on Maui and is waiting for you to explore its colorful reef.

This experience requires good weather; if it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Unless otherwise requested, all our shore dives are conducted on 80’s (standard size tanks) which means you can expect close to an hour underwater
Service animals are allowed
Meet your guide at the activity provider's dive shop which is located right in the heart of Lahaina, close to Baby Beach and Mala Pier. There is parking for guests in shop's front lot and free overflow parking across the street. Please do not park in front of Snorkel Bob's.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
