If you (or your cruise ship) are late or you do not show up for your tour you will not be entitled to a refund
Please advise when booking your choice between a ham and cheese sandwich, a cheese sandwich, or a fruit snack
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
Please arrive 20 minutes before the tour start time and meet your guide at Pile Bus Stop (by the western entrance to the Old Town, right next to the only newsstand in the area). They will be holding an orange umbrella with the local tour operator's name on it (Dubrovnik Walks). Pile Bus Stop is the last stop for all city buses and taxis when heading towards the pedestrian old town.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
