• Please be aware that whale watching is a completely natural event, and even though they will appear most of the time, the pacific region is known for being a very rainy place and it might influence whether or not you get to see the whales (there will be no reimbursements if the whale sighting is not successful)
• Please wear comfortable shoes that can get wet
Bring sunblock, insect repellent, a bottle of water, extra clothes, sandals, a towel, a hat, and sunglasses (or any other beach implements you might consider needing)
• If you take your camera or cell phone, make sure you take a plastic bag or a cover where they will be protected from the water
• The use of the life vest is obligatory by Colombian law while you are on any boat
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
