The departure of the catamaran is subject to completing minimum capacity. If it is not possible to do the activity, the date can be changed or available options will be sent 24 hours before the start.
After the free cancellation period, no refund will be made.
One day before your reservation we will send all the details of the meeting point. Make sure you leave us the correct contact information. On the day of the tour you must go to MUELLE DE LA BODEGUITA, door #4.
There you will pay the boarding fee and you must indicate that you are going to the FLAMANTE Tour. You will only have to give your name to the receptionist to validate your info!
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
