Description

We will travel for approximately two hours (depending on traffic) to the city of Zipaquirá, where you will visit the Salt Cathedral, recognized as one of the must-see destinations in Colombia.
Meet the catholic church built in the depths of a salt mine that is still in operation at 180 meters deep.
The guided tour (group tour with cathedral guides) inside the cathedral lasts approximately two hours, during which time you will learn about the history of the mine, the cathedral, the process of salt formation and mining carried out in the place.
You will see, among other things, the 14 steps of Jesus' Way of the Cross, and the largest subway cross in the world.
At the end of the tour in the cathedral, we will go for a typical Colombian lunch in a traditional restaurant, included with the tour, and then return to the point where you decide to end the tour.
