The tour continues at the farm's processing facilities. Here, you will see firsthand how the coffee fruits are transformed into coffee beans ready for roasting. The process includes depulping, where the skin is removed from the fruit; fermenting, which helps to develop the flavors; washing and sun drying, essential to prepare the beans for roasting. Our tour guides will explain each step in detail, highlighting the importance of each stage in the quality of the final coffee.

Coffee Tasting Workshop
One of the most enriching experiences of the tour is the cupping workshop. Under the tour guide of our expert baristas, you will learn to distinguish the diverse aromas, flavors and textures of coffee. You will discover how factors such as coffee variety, processing method, and roasting level influence the flavor profile. Roasting Experience
