1. floral meditation: we will start with a breath guided meditation to discover the messages that plants have for you.
2. Draw your Flower Ally: Through drawing, you will feel the colors, shapes and textures of the flowers. Thus, you will discover the flower that has a message for you.
Your Framed Flower Amulet: You will wear your framed drawing as an amulet that represents the connection with your allied flower.
4. Floral Technique with Pin Frog: With a steel pin frog, you will create your own floral composition with your allied flower.
