Get inspired by unique brick&mortar coffee roasting facility tasting award winning coffee, learn insights of coffee tasting, brake the myths of dark and light roasts and dive into local coffee scene.
Our workshop experience will begin with a cup of our best seasonal edition coffee. We will walk our roastery and cupping space, introduce you to our supply chain principles, main quality standards for specialty grade, learn, experience and taste award winning coffee with a guidance of certified expert.
The guided tasting experience will include all sensory aspects of tasting coffee: from learning to perceive the fragrance through identifying aromas, sweetness, acidity, body and mouthfeel up to unlocking complexity of flavors that could be found in coffee.
We will taste at least 4-5 different varieties, traditional to modern processing techniques, different growing regions. While tasting you will discover how to use the famous Specialty Coffee Tasting Wheel that helps to identify coffee flavors.
We may have an opportunity (depending on availability) to face-time one of our producing partners and have a virtual walk around his/her farm and processing facility for 20 minutes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If arriving by private car, please, be ready to use paid parking off site, next to the workshop venue. Please, inform one day prior to arriving to arrange parking discount.
The workshop involves a lot of coffee tasting - please, make sure to have good rest before the workshop, hydrate and have some food prior to the experience.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
