Provide Chinese traditional Kungfu class. The class will be held in local hutong courtyard beside Forbidden City. In this one hour class, we will introduce the basic training of Chinese Kungfu, also the pratical use of Kungfu technique in casual life. Our teacher is well trained since 5 years old in Shaolin , mastering Shaolin kungfu and many different style of traditional forms. Most importantly, his skill is not only for performing but also he could bring all these techniques in usage and lead u to use it in life for self defense . He will describe n demonstrate the real spirit of Chinese traditional Kungfu.
