Zhangjiajie guide will pick you up from your central located zhangjiajie hotel at 8:30AM and go to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, covering an area of about 140 square kilometres, which is the first national forest park in China. It is in the youthful stage of the evolution history of peak forests, with peculiar geomorphology, stone peaks, different shapes and trees; surrounded by mountains, steep slopes and deep ravines, warm and humid climate, and many attractions. There are two broad, thick and steep mountain ranges with an altitude of more than 1,500 metres. Geomorphologically, Fangshan is still in the youthful stage of the evolutionary history of peak forests. The most notable geographical feature of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is the columnar landforms, which inspired the floating mountains in the film Avatar. Although they resemble karst landforms, they are formed by years of physical weathering due to the expansion of ice and snow in winter and the growth of various plants. After some time of touring, you will take the lift to Yuanjiajie Scenic Spot, where you can overlook the entire scenic area. From here you will visit the Avatar Hallelujah Mountain, renamed from the Southern Heavenly Pillar and home to an incredible natural bridge.

Afterwards, you will visit Helong Park, West Sea Wonders and Royal Pen Peak before taking a cable car down the mountain. You will then return to your hotel in Zhangjiajie.
