The Cuandixia village is located on an ancient road roughly 56 miles northwest from Beijing downtown in the Jingxi Mountain region, and now it is under national architectural protection and attracts numerous tourists. Your Beijing English-speaking guide and driver will be holding a sign with your name written on it in your hotel lobby at 08:00 in the morning. Driving to Cuandixia village will take around 2.5-hours.
Most of families have the same surname Han since the village was originated from one family moving there from Shandong province. Take a look at the ideal courtyard houses, climb the hills opposite to have an overview of the amazing shape of the village and furthermore, the residents of Cuandixia village will open their doors to travelers and serve the passing trade.
