Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger can go up/down 5-10 steps to get on and off the bus, or they are accompanied by a companion who can assist them on the steps.
Certified Guide Dogs can accompany a disabled individual on our bus. Valid Guide Dog Certification must be presented to the driver during check-in. Please check with us to see if your certification is valid prior to travel.
Please check-in at the bus ticket counter at the Skylynx Kiosk, located in international arrivals terminal, at the bottom of the escalator. (Located inside the Vancouver International Airport [yvr], 3211 Grant McConachie Way).
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
