• If you are traveling from Quebec City or Charlevoix, it is recommended to choose the Baie-Ste-Catherine departure option
• Dress warm, even in the summer, as it can be quite cool on the St. Lawrence River
• Cruises are not canceled due to rain unless the weather presents a danger to your safety. There is always an enclosed area on the boat
• The incursion into the fjord is not systematic and is at the Captain's discretion
Meet at the ticket booth, located at 159 QC-138, Baie-Sainte-Catherine, QC G0T 1A0.
You must stop at the ticket booth at least 30 minutes prior to departure of the boat.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
