Begin your experience by checking in and visiting your complimentary room at the Valcartier Hotel, which is accessible throughout your stay. Store your luggage and prepare for your stay in a frozen dreamland. Afterward, explore the Hôtel de Glace at your own pace. Choose to venture out for dinner, or dine onsite at your own expense.
Step into your room at 9:00 pm. Unwind under the stars in the Nordic relaxation area, which boats outdoor spas and a sauna. Sleep in an ultra-comfy arctic sleeping bag on a bed consisting of a base of solid ice topped with a wooden board and an insulating mattress. The next morning, use your room at the Valcartier Hotel to prepare for the day.

• Please note the room temperature in the Hôtel de Glace is between -3°C and -5°C (27°F and 23°F), no matter the outdoor temperature. The sleeping bags are suitable for temperatures -15°C and -30°C (5°F to 22°F).

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
