After booking, you will receive a voucher from the tour operator: VoxCity. Bring your VoxCity voucher to the Table Rock Welcome Centre and exchange it for the Niagara Pass
After collecting the Niagara Pass from Table Rock Welcome Centre, you will be able to access all 5 attractions, WEGO bus transfers and the Incline Railway
Waiting times for each attraction will vary. Queues up to 1-hour long may occur during peak-season
We anticipate you will need TWO DAYS to enjoy all activities included in the Pass
The audio guide is not provided by Niagara Parks. After booking, please read your voucher carefully, and download the audio guide to your mobile device before travelling
The Butterfly Conservatory is included until 1 July 2025. From 2 July 2025, it will be REPLACED with the new Flying Theatre

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
