• Hotel pick-up is available from most São Conrado, Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana hotels and the cruise ship port. Your exact pick-up location and time will be advised upon reconfirmation of your tour.
• Please keep an eye on your e-mail inbox as you'll receive the exact time of your pick-up or alternative meeting point in case your hotel is outside the pick-up zone. Should you not receive any contact or book your tour for the next day, you may also call to check directly with the customer service team.
• This tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers to run. In the unlikely event that the minimum is not reached on the day of your tour, you'll be contacted directly to choose other options such as changing dates, a different tour or a full refund.

All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Valid Green Passes can be obtained by uploading either proof of vaccination, proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months, a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the activity starts, or a negative antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before the activity starts to the Green Pass or Covid Certificate apps
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
Hotel pick-up and drop-off
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
