There is no meeting point. The self-guided audio tour is designed to start at the entrance of the National Coach Museum(Av. da Índia 136, 1300-300 Lisboa, Portugal). The easiest way to get there is by riding the train(Cascais line) till the Belem train station and then walking for approximately 1 minute to reach the entrance of the National Coach Museum. The tour ends at the entrance of the National Coach Museum near the Belem train station.
