IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Arrival time: 60 minutes before take-off. Preparation for flight and take-off starts strictly at the scheduled time. The check-in will be closed 30 minutes before the take-off scheduled time. In cases of non-attendance by the end of check-in time, it will be considered a no-show and the amount paid cannot be refunded.
- Weight limit: 110kg per seat (checked on the scale at check-in).
- Shared flights. Flights are performed in BH06 or R44 aircraft type, defined by operational parameters. Seating in the helicopter is based on weight and balance and is decided by the pilot before take-off.
- Cancelation policy: Cancellations requested up to 48 hours before the flight will be refunded at 80% of the amount paid. Cancelations requested less than 48 hours prior to the flight are non-refundable. Please read the full cancelation policy on our Terms and Conditions.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
