Next, visit a hotel and museum made entirely from salt. Bring your country's flag and place it on the Flags of the World, and stop at the Monument to the Dakar Races. For an additional fee, visit Incahuasi Island, an ancient island in the middle of the salt flat.
Then, pose for some fun photos distorted by perspective and proportion, taken against the backdrop of the striking white surface of the salt flat.
Finally, head to a spacious area to experience the unique experience of watching a beautiful sunset over the salt flat, spreading its dazzling colors across the Salar de Uyuni, and enjoy it with a glass of wine.

Day 2
Start with an early breakfast before heading to the Chiguana Desert. Stay surrounded by volcanoes and marvel at the still-active Ollagüe volcano.
Afterwards, continue along the rocky El Pasito Tuntún road to reach the beautiful lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda and Chiarcota. Keep an eye out for the brightly colored flamingos perching in the lagoons.
Stop for lunch before heading to the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve (entrance fee not included). Visit the Siloli Desert and see the Árbol de Roca lava rock formation. Continue to Huayllajara, stopping at the Laguna Roja viewpoint to see the flamingos relaxing in the lake's intense red colors.
