From Puno| 3Day Excursion to La Paz and the Uyuni Salt Flats

On this three-day tour from Puno, we will explore La Paz and the Salar de Uyuni, two emblematic destinations in Bolivia that will surely leave you forever impressed.
Itinerary The company only manages the logistics of this trip. During the journey to each destination by bus, no guide is included.

Day 1: Puno - La Paz Pick up at PUNO BUS TERMINAL, with departure of the bus at 6:00 am to La Paz. It is required to be at the bus terminal at 5:30 am. During the trip, we will pass through immigration for the presentation of documents and then we will continue the trip. We estimate to arrive in the Bolivian capital around 2:00 pm. Here, while waiting for the bus to Uyuni, you will have the opportunity to visit the most important cable car in South America, which crosses the city from the air to the urban center (optional activity, at the passenger's expense). Afterwards, you will have free time for dinner and at 9:00 p.m. we will take the bus to Uyuni.
Day 2: Salar de Uyuni - La Paz Arrival in Uyuni in the morning, between 5:00 and 6:00 am, where our staff will be waiting to take us to a cafeteria where you can have breakfast on your own. At 10:30 am we will start the tour in a 4x4 vehicle that will take us to the impressive Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt desert in the world. On the way, we will visit the Uyuni train cemetery, an open-air museum with Bolivia's first locomotives. We will get off the 4x4 in Colchani, near the salt flat, to observe the salt extraction process and visit the Playa Blanca hotel, built entirely of salt blocks, an architectural marvel. Afterwards, we will enjoy a regional lunch before heading into the desert until we reach Incahuasi Island (the perspective of the island varies according to the season), located in the center of the salt flat. At the conclusion of the tour, we will return to Uyuni to take our bus back to La Paz at 21:00.
Day 3: La Paz - Puno The bus will arrive between 5:00 and 6:00 am in La Paz, from where you will start your return trip to Puno. Depending on the preferences of our travelers, we offer two options: - Finish in La Paz, if you have flights to Lima or international flights. - Return to Puno, arriving between 5:00 and 6:00 pm.

Note: The service is subject to variations without prior notice due to adverse weather conditions (rains, floods, etc.), strikes, demonstrations or other events that may affect the normal development of the itinerary. In case of cancellation for these reasons, no refund will be made. The itinerary may vary according to the operator's criteria, always prioritizing the traveler's safety and the best execution of the service as a whole.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
