Description
Explore the mysterious Lake Titikaka and walk around Isla del Sol on a two-day excursion that includes an experienced guide, meals, transportation, hotels and entrance fees.
Day 1
Meeting time at 7.30 am at the bus station in the city of La Paz, then go directly to Lake Titicaca.
Arrive in the town of Copacabana at noon, just to taste a delicious traditional lunch and then go by boat to the "Island of the Sun". Walk up the Inca Stairway and drink water directly from the Fountain of Eternal Youth, then walk to the top of the Island to appreciate an incredible sunset (Bolivian and Peruvian side), after that night stay in a local lodge at the top of the Sun Island from where you will see the lake.
Dinner and rest for the night.
Day 2
After breakfast take a walk to visit the Temple of Pilcocaina, where you can take magnificent pictures, then return to the town of Copacabana by boat, there, visit the Temple of Copacabana.
Before lunch, transfer by bus to the city of La Paz.
Arrival in the city of La Paz at 17:30 hours.
