This is a package tour inclusive of the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), visa fee & processing, accommodations, all three meals, licensed guide & transport.
Children between the ages of 6-11 are entitled for a 50% discount on the SDF (already applied to the pricing).
After you book the tour, we need copies of your passports and recent passport-sized photos to process your Bhutan visas.
We highly recommend you check the flight availability before you book the tour, especially during the high season months of March to May and September to November. You can either book the Drukair / Bhutan Airlines flight online by yourself or leave it to us if you have any trouble booking the flight, will be happy to help you in any way we can.
You will be on the move most of the time, so we recommend packing as lightly as possible. We suggest you carry 1 suitcase or duffle bag and a small day backpack to accommodate your personal items.
The guide will be waiting outside the arrival hall holding a placard with our company name on it.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
