Important information for the Caves of Han:
Equipment: we recommend that you bring warm clothing even in summer. It is about 9°C in the Cave all year round. Walking shoes are recommended for your visit.
Baby carriages: during your visit to the Cave you will walk 510 steps. Therefore, you are not allowed to bring a baby carriage or stroller. A baby carrier is more convenient. You should leave your baby carriage in your car or in the designated area near the entrance to the Cave (at your own responsibility - do not hesitate to bring a padlock to secure your baby carriage).
Disabled persons: the Cave is not accessible to the disabled.
Photos: taking photos in the Grotto is permitted only during stops in the main halls. No flash may be used in the Cave.
Languages: explanations during visits to the Caves of Han are given only in Dutch and French. Do you speak another language? Tell it to your guide!
Restrooms: there are no restrooms in the Cave.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
