Start your tour with a pickup from your hotel in Baku. Travel to the foothills of the North Caucasus, which is leading to the Khizi mountains. This area is home to the Daghlis, a sub-ethnic group of Iranian origin, Azerbaijani Persians, and one of the few European Persian tribes.
Stop at the Candy Cane Mountains, also known as the Colored Mountains, Agate Mountains, or Rainbow Mountains, named for their striking purple-stained hues resembling sugar candies. Admire the combination of both vibrant and pastel colors that these mountain slopes are covered in.
