IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Participants must be at least 16 years old to feed Saltwater Crocodiles at Wildlife Habitat, with proof of age possibly required upon admission. Those aged 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult or someone over 18.
• Check-in is required at reception 30 minutes before the experience starts at 14:30.
• Before the feed, participants must sign indemnity release and health waiver forms from Wildlife Habitat and the CaPTA Group. Those aged 16-18 need parental consent and indemnity.
• All participants must follow safety instructions during the briefing; failure to comply or engaging in offensive behavior towards guests or staff will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
• The experience is for 2-4 people, with a surcharge for solo experiences. Participants must be able to hold a feed pole unaided.
• Schedule changes may occur due to weather, animal welfare, or guest safety.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
