To attend the tour you must:
• Be over 18+.
• Have not consumed alcohol prior to your tour (zero alcohol policy)
• Wear enclosed, flat shoes (no sandals, thongs or heels).
• Agree to wear the provided PPE for the duration of the tour.
• Arrive 15mins prior to your tour for check-in. Tours will leave promptly at the advertised time.
Accessibility:
• This tour includes several flights of stairs & significant walking at moderate pace.
• Walking aids are not permitted due to stairs, uneven ground and grated floors throughout brewery.
• Support animals are not permitted as the Brewery is considered a food production site.
Navigate to the Cascade Brewery Bar, and enter through the door marked "The Mill". Check-in to the tour is located upstairs.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
