During this tour you will visit Lake Sevan.
The ancient Sevanavank Monastery is located on the shore of the lake.The tour to Lake Sevan, which is rightfully considered the pearl of Armenia, the second largest alpine lake in Eurasia. Here we will also climb to the top of the Akhtamar peninsula, inspect the Sevan Monastery (IX century.)
Before entering its vaults, you will have an interesting climb up the long staircase that is located on the peninsula. There is a magnificent view from there — Lake Sevan will be in the palm of your hand.
Next, you will go to Dilijan, also called "Little Switzerland in Armenia" for its fantastic natural forests. The city is part of Dilijan National Park. During a walking tour along Dilijan's oldest street, along which traditional Armenian houses and craft workshops are located, you will immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the city.
