Description
During the tour we will visit two regions of Armenia. We will go to Khor Virap monastery, Geghard monastery, Symphony of Stones and Garni Temple.
We will start the tour from your hotel.
First we will visit Khor Virap Monastery which is closely connected to the adoption of Christianity. If the weather is nice we will have a wonderful view of Mount Ararat closer.
On the way we will stop at Azat Reservoir to have the nice view of the reservoir and Ararat Mountain.
Then we will continue to Kotayk Region, where we will go to Geghard Monastery, 13th century Monastery surrounded by the caves, Symphony of Stones where you will enjoy the nature and Garni temple, the only pagan temple still preserved in Armenia.
