In the heart of San Telmo, Aljibe Tango, opened its doors to the world in 1982. This completely restored historic convent is a classic journey through Buenos Aires culture through the ages.
ITINERARY:
- Pick up: Only Palermo and Downtown Buenos Aires zones between 6:00 pm and 6:45 pm.
- Dinner: 07:00 PM.
- Show: 08:15 PM.
- Drop off: Only Palermo and Downtown Buenos Aires zone after show.

GOURMET DINNER

Starters
- Ours Argentinian Pasties “Empanadas”: Hand cutted meat.
- Vegetable Soup: With zucchini, carrot, celery, squash vegetable, Pumpkin, spinach, corn and croutons.
- Pumpkin soup: With crutons and parmesan cheese.
- Capresse Salad: Fresh tomato, boconccino mozzarella and basil.
- Hummus & miso: Green leaves, lemon and olive oil.

Main Course
- Traditional Sirloin Steak 250 grams.
- Chiken milanese.
- Sides: Baked potatoes, Sauteed vegetables, Mashed potatoes, Mashed sweet potatoes, Mashed pumpkin or American Salad.
- Grilled Hake: With mashed potatoes, spinach olive oil and capers.
- Homemade Ravioli: Stuffed with spinach & ricotta cheese with tomato sauce and fresh basil.
- Gnocchi soufle.

Dessert
- Homemade Custard: With caramel spread (dulce de leche) and cream.
- Pears at Malbec: With vanilla ice cream.
- Ice Cream Sundae: With berries and Italian meringue.

Drinks
Argentine exclusive wines and champagne, beer, water, soft drinks and coffee.

TRADITIONAL TANGO & FOLKLORE SHOW
One traditional tango orchestras, two tango singers, three dancing couples, music from the Altiplano and a Folcloric ballet.
