Visit the ancient town of Cachi on a drive from Salta. Visit the archeological museum and church and take in spectacular mountain views en route.
Our day begins with a hotel pickup in Salta around 7:30am. You'll venture through the Lerma Valley, passing El Carril and Chicoana. As you continue, you'll enter the picturesque Quebrada de los Laureles (The Laurel's Gorge), followed by the Quebrada de Escoipe (Escoipe Gorge). The journey progresses along The Bishop's Cliff road, with its scenic twists and turns, offering breathtaking views of the Enchanted Valley.
Your destination is Piedra del Molino (The Mill's Stone), situated at 3,384 meters above sea level. Here, you'll encounter the colonial church of Cachi. You'll have the chance to explore it and visit the Archaeological Museum of Cachi. (Entrance not included)
Later, we'll visit the North's History Museum (admission not included).
The tour concludes as you return to your Salta hotel.
